Excellent breakfast hours. We were informed that breakfast starts at 7, and when we arrived at 7:30, it was ready and delicious. Convenient airport transfer, but a taxi might be a more cost-effective option.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the football stadium and easily accessible to the city center via tram or bus. the staff was always willing to help us with everything we needed during our stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
Some staff members were unprofessional and rude, which made us uncomfortable at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, just outside the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even switching my room instantly when I had a small issue. They spoke perfect English and were very responsive and kind. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing all the amenities I needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel had great services like room service, car hire, and laundry. I also appreciated the airport shuttle service which made my journey hassle-free. I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided by this venue.
This place is definitely recommended for families.

We loved staying at this hotel for its cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, making our stay pleasant. The hotel was equipped with all the facilities we needed, including convenient parking spots. The staff was helpful and willing to assist us with everything, from local transportation by tram or bus to recommending nearby shops and restaurants. This made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect, being very close to the football stadium and making it easy to reach the center of this city.

the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops, cafes, and fast, food restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and well, maintained, with fresh towels provided daily.
There were some downsides to our experience. the hotel fell short of our expectations as a 4, star establishment.
